The location of the hotel is great for being in viewing distance of the World Trade Center construction site, unfortunately that closeness also includes listing to the TNT explosions and jack hammering of site preparation. The hotel provided no advance warning that the Superior room with View meant a view of a construction site and listening from 6:00 AM to...

We stayed for 4 days, and found everything to be more than satisfactory. The rooms are sleek, modern and very comfortable. We had an amazing view overlooking the WTC construction site, noise was not an issue. The filtered water stations on every floor are sooo convenient. We were always greeted by the front desk whether we werecoming or going. Multiple...

Excellent well equipped hotel, with friendly very helpful staff. Subway station is close by. There is noise from ground zero but once inside it is quiet. The view from the restaurant of the work going on at ground zero is very interesting, as are the cocktails!!!!!!!!! Would recommend this hotel as excellent value for money

beautiful hotel, basic but also luxurious.great staff, we were facing the heavy construction area of Ground Zero and was pretty loud in the early morning so we asked to switch rooms to another side of the building and we were immediately satisfied.
make sure you ask for a room on the quieter side of the building!!!

I can't understand the negative comments that appear in the reviews for this hotel. My wife, daughter and I stayed there over the Easter long-weekend. On checking in, the staff greeting us were extremely courteous and helpful (and there was a tray of chocolate chip cookies). Although the kiosk check-in/check-out system may intimidate some people, the staff was there to...

I booked this room through Hotwire and good thing I got a hefty discount because this place is not worth the rack rate. The hotel is band new, clean and modern (the rooms are tiny but functional). However, the staff is disinterested, unhelpful, unwelcoming and really soured the whole experience.

I got a bargain on this hotel through priceline.com as my husband and I were staying a week in NYC and didn't want to pay the $250 + a night rates.
What a lovely new, modern hotel located directly across the street from ground zero. The room we had was a standard room with a queen bed which was a...

First time to NYC and I choose this hotel because of the price...What a bad idea. First night, I get to the hotel and unload my luggage, I look around for a cart to put my clothes and bags on. The clerk at the desk, calls for a hotel member to help me with bags and he literally brings a...

They seemed to be kind when we arrived. Unfortunately, My wife left her pouch in the drawer. Whenever I called, they just said " I will connect to someone who hear you" , but it didn't work. I left several messages through their web site. But they never answer. They are so rude. Even when I called to confirm my...

If you've been to Europe you will really appreciate this hotel. The rooms are quite small but complete with modern amenities in a very intelligent manner with very comfortable beds. So though not space, for NY this was a great value. Had some concern re noise from Ground Zero construction but as we were there only for the weekend had...
