Had heard about this hotel and decided to spend Memorial Day weekend there with my daughter. The service was excellent (room ready by 3pm, no wait) and all the employees were friendly and welcoming. The room looked out onto 6th Avenue and must have been the most soundproof I've ever experienced. Very little siren noise and only rain hitting the...

Just returned from a three night stay at the Eventi and can't wait to return. First of all, we upgraded to a city view room and had a splendid view of the Empire State Building from our 22nd floor window. The room was smallish but not cramped and the bathroom was downright luxurious. The staff were very friendly and helpful....

We undertook a great deal of research and spoke to many previous visitors to the city - the key advice was "don't spend a fortune on your hotel room as you'll hardly be in it!"
Ok, point taken - but I also wanted somewhere that I could at least chill and relax after pounding the pavements for 5 days.
We...

I've stayed in so many hotels in New York, and I have never been treated so well as I was at the Eventi. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, until the day I checked out, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel staff greeted me in the hallways and elevators every time, in a friendly way...

Room looks great. We just wish they had hot water. Seems like there is almost none during the early morning. Went to restaurant and was encouraged to instead go to the lobby for a complimentary breakfast because they were going to have some private events later. Lobby only had coffee or tea. Colleague is staying in another room. They made...

We had a long stay at the Eventi, ten days. The hotel was one of the best we have stayed at with very good service and excellent amenities. we had a corner room on the tenth floor, which was a good spot looking down 6th avenue.
The hotel is in Midtown which is a bit of a cultural wilderness so...

This hotel is gorgeous inside, really well-situated, and has nice sized rooms for NYC. I was only there for one night this time, but they double upgraded me to a corner room above the 20th floor w/ an unobstructed view of the Empire State Bldg.( ..."Ah, yeah....Winning!!!" ). I was disappointed that the weather was not a little warmer as...

Recently stayed at the Eventi for a girls weekend to celebrate my birthday. For the most part, a really nice hotel. A few little niggles that will make me seem petty but that did affect my enjoyment of the stay. First off, in asking a question about the hotel I mentioned that it was my birthday and that was the...

While the hotel is a little further down from Times Square - on Avenue of Americas - it is a quick walk to everything and for those of you who are like my husband and don't appreciate crowds - it couldn't be more perfect. Two or three blocks to Times Square and an easy walk to Broadway. The hotel is...

I don't know how Kimpton accomplishes this, but their attention to travelers’ detail is unbeatable. I only wish their staff training program wasy available because I would love to replicate the curriculum! The Eventi is a prime example of consummate professionalism and quality of service.. What can I say…. without going into lots of details, Eventi is tops in...
