How disappointing! I use Trip Advisor for all my travel decisions now and this is the first time the reviews let me down. When I booked the hotel was 3 stars with glowing reports about how fab it was and lots of repeat users. This is the main reason why I've given it a 2 - its not poor just...

Excellent location! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, as was the bathroom and the cafe downstairs was fairly cheap and very convenient! We had a problem with the television remote control that was fixed within 12 hours of us reporting it. The shower wasn't as hot as it could have been but it didn't matter. For...

We stayed there on St. Patrick's Day when Hotels were selling at a premium and were able to find an affordable rate here for NYC. Our room was not much to look at, but it was clean, the bed was really comfortable and bathroom was clean. And best of all...no bed bugs.
Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed...

We stayed here in august 2010, after a long flight the receptionist was the first American we spoke to. We stood in the lobby for a number of moments, being ignored only to get beckoned by the receptionist by his finger. The man hardly said two words to us. Never welcomed us to the hotel, NYC or anything. We got...

It is in the area of Koreatown which is a very nice and lovely neighborhood. It's a wonderful place and close to the times square. It's calm and safe. Nothing special but that's enough in NY because you are out anyway the whole day. Clean, gentle, helpful, anytime again. I stayed already 3 times in this hotel and would definitely...

Staying here for 4 nights in november, check in went smooth, i did request a non-smoking room but there was a bit of a smoke smell. Room was lovely, nice big bed, tv with plenty of channels, bathroom was very small but not an issue, temperature of water in shower was hard to get right sometimes, we were up early...

This is the first time trip advisor has let me down. I was not impressed with this hotel at all. The staff at the hotel was not very friendly but it was the room that was the major issue. We were put on the 4th floor and as soon as the elevatord, there was a strange smell. I guess...

We have just returned from 5 nights in New York. The location was great for just about everything. The hotel was clean and friendly. It was a small room with its own bathroom which is a luxury for the price we paid. Round the corner was the empire state building and walking distance from broadway, times square and quite a...
