Upon arrival we were told our confirmed reservation for two nights could not be honored . We were offered rooms at a nearby Hampton Inn but upon arrival there were told the room was only for one night. Hilton Garden Inn manager Dan Mullin stated he had availability for the second night and we were to return to his hotel....

Just got back from our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at West 35th and it was a totally fantastic experience. We had a suite on the 31st (last) floor. It was totally amazing with view out on the Empire State building, room modern, large and spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed, large walk in shower. There was a fridge in...

Just got back from a four-day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at West 35th and it was a great experience. Staff was extremely friendly, especially the front desk (despite my persistent questions) and the cafe crew who worked during the breakfast. Location is just a block from Macys, just a couple of blocks from Penn Station and a 10...

Missed General Manager Hilda Garvey on this visit, but, staff was wonderful and provided all we needed including quiet nice room. We never reviewed our previous trip last October which was also great. Keep up the good work Hilda with your capable and personable staff.

Spent a night there for business. It is a typical Hilton Garden Inn. The room was as any other HGI except in NYC fashion it was small. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. There are 31 floors and about 10 rooms on each floor. I was on the 29th floor and was impressed how quick the elevators were....

This was a really nice hotel, the room and bathroom are both modern and clean. I stayed in a room with two double beds, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a fridge in the room, and free wi-fi internet access. There is subway entrance just meters from the front door of the hotel which was great. I stayed...

I stayed at this property twice in 2 weeks. My first stay was great - 2 bottles of water, breakfast vouchers and a city view room, all for $319. It came with a personalized welcome letter. My second stay, a week later, was not as nice. I remarked on the nice room I had last time and was told that...

We satyed here for three nights to explore New York city. It was great. Cozy, tucked away on 35th but in the heart of the city. We had a great time and could get to almost everywhere important by foot. The best part was coming back to the hotel everynight to the cozy bar. We were always greeted with a...

We spent a weekend at this hotel while visiting NYC. First impression wasn't great since we arrived late in the evening and there were trash bags piled up along 35th St on the approach to the hotel. The hotel itself though was spotless, and checkin was quick. Our 23rd floor room had an incredible view of the Empire State Building....
