The hotel is really beautiful and it's in a great location on Madison and 38th. It doesn't feel like a hotel at all.....it has a homey atmosphere with 5 star service.

OK hotel in noisy Midtown. Phone calls highly overprized. Beds horribly soft. Friendly and somewhat helpful staff. Restaurant Asia de Cuba looks like it deperately needs a touch up.

Thank you for your review. I think we can certainly do better than 'ok'. Our beds are actually pillowtops, which is made up of a firm mattress with a smaller mattress on top which is softer. This tends to be the trend these days.

Was this really in NYC? The suite we had was so spacious ~ it was like two room in one with a fun decor. The staff was extra friendly and helpful especially Todd. I would definitely stay at the Morgans again!

Thank you for writing a review! Yes, space is at a premium in New York City! We learn to live in small spaces and maximise it wisely! Our Designer, Andree Putman is truly a professional at tackling this, having designed the interior of the Japanese Bullet train and the French Concorde.

It is so nice that you called Morgans 'a treasure'! We absolutely love to chat with our guests as long as they like it too! There are some folks who prefer privacy but if you want to chat, come to my office anytime! I think the staff feel the same way.
