Arrived on May 22 exhausted, went up to room on 14th floor and realized view was of the backs of buildings and alleys. Called and asked if possible to be switched and we were moved to 803 next day (had to check out of 14th floor room at 12 and they held our luggage til 3 when we could check...

I stayed at the Time from May 13th to My 18th and had fabulous time. The staff was attentive and seemed to be upbeat and jovial all the time. The furniture is a bit dated, but the service was good. I had lost my keys twice and everytime, they escorted me to my room with a new set. The food...

Stayed at the hotel with some friends over the weekend. The location was so convenient and is only walking distance to the heart of Manhattan. We arrived on Sunday and checked in around 2pm. The front desk staff was very accommodating and hospitable. Considering being in the city the room was a fair size. I would definitely return to stay...

NYC was sold out and I ended up snagging a King Suite here for a $565/night rate. I know New York Hotels and wasn't expecting a palace but boy, I wasn't expecting a room that felt so worn out. There were nicks in almost every piece of furniture and the bathtub was in need of replacement - the grout around...

I got this hotel blindly off of Priceline and knew instantly I had vastly overpaid for a 3 star upscale hotel, and my fears were validated on subsequently reading reviews. You walk in the front door and don't even know how to get to the lobby, which is on the second floor. The two elevators were slow and tiny. We...

Dear Garedcpa, I am very sorry to hear that the Time Hotel did not live up to your expectations. NYC hotel accommodations are notoriously smaller than the rest of the US and majority of the world. We do offer several different room categories and if space is important to your experience, I suggest booking directly with our reservations department. Our... more

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The customer service at this overpriced, dirty, outdated hotel was spectacularly bad. When I went to check in, it took the three juvenile, unprofessional and class-less people behind the desk nearly ten minutes to acknowledge me, even though I was in line at the desk and there was only one other...

Dear Krugarcia, I would like to take a moment to apologize for the multiple inconveniences you experienced throughout your stay. After reading your e-mail, I am utterly disappointed and embarrassed by the Front Desk and Bellmen that you encountered upon check in/out. After reading your words, I personally sat down and addressed your e-mail with each employee, that worked over... more

I might stay here for $225/night, but never again for $450. Windows not soundproofed, so street noise kept me up even though I'm usually a sound sleeper.Turning off the lights was also a challenge--the two-way dimmer switch for the light next to the entrance was infuriatingly hard to figure out. Even more infuriating was the fact the card key to...
