My husband I had an absolutely lovely stay at the Mark. Upon our arrival, we received an immediate upgrade to a 77 Street room -- spacious and well planned space. Rooms are super comfortable with lots of gadgetry. Loved the embedded TV in the bathroom mirror. Luxurious bathroom with comfy robes and towels, double sinks and good lighting. Bedsheets and...

This is one of the most charming, beautiful, luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in NY. Every details were thought to make your stay absolutely astonishing. Interior style is the top of refinement signed by famous French decorator Jacque Grange, bathrooms are a total dream, the restaurant by famous Jean-Georges is one of the best and the bar is the...

I checked into the hotel around 3. Reception person asked me when I expected to check out following day (odd -- already thinking about me leaving, rather than welcoming me). I had no idea how a casual response to that question -- "around noon" -- would later come back to me. Keep reading. Bellman escorted me to the room, carrying...

We spent the night at the Mark in a 77 room. Didn't eat there, use any of the facilities, or had drinks at the bar (it was hopping when we checked in late at night) - except for in-room breakfast (good but not spectacular). The room is fantastic and very well appointed - I love the design. The only downside...

I've stayed a week at The Mark and loved it to pieces. It's a charming little boutique hotel, with a very small lobby, that compensates with style what it lacks in size. Jacques Grange redesigned the property and the result is a very chic and glamorous urban retreat in an ecletic art deco/modernist style, slickly avoiding the stuffiness of it's...

I recently surprised my husband for his birthday at The Mark Hotel. The staff was superb in planning the surprise. The room was beautiful and very quiet which is my biggest requirement in New York City. I surprised him with a couples massage and the therapists were highly trained and professional. Jean Georges' newest restaurant at the hotel was delicious...

I stayed at The Mark Hotel the night of St. Patrick's Day and the parade. This is a top notch hotel with the most pleasant managers and staff in NYC. We ordered breakfast in our room and were amazed how delicious the food was. We strongly recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind spending a little more for the finest...

The Mark was outstanding. The room was spacious, clean and bathroom well-lit. It is not inexpensive but we found the rooms & service to be exactly what we were looking for. I imagine techies would find the room acceptable as just about everything in the room can be operated by a remote.
We found the staff to be friendly and...
