Stayed 4 nights in rainy May. Great location in the times square and theatre district. Good value for New York and staff was fairly pleasant. Couple of snags, though. We never got the room phone to work, very weak WIFI in the room, noisy air-conditioning unit, and high street-noise (5th floor street-facing room).

We arrived early but they had a room available to checked us straight in with complimentary cookies! the hotel is in an excellent location 5 minutes from times square. The customer service is brilliant, and tea and coffee is available in the lobby all day as well as your complimentary breakfast.

Great place to stay. Wonderful location, close to Times Square yet very quiet. Pretty good breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Room was small but comfortable and very clean. Most comfortable bed I've had in a hotel in a while! Price was great- would definitely stay here again. Felt safe walking to and from the hotel late at night.
