It was race weekend and there were very few rooms left in Topeka. This Holiday Inn was no exception, they were full. The two ladies working the desk, Stevie and Jayme went out of their way to get me a room at another nice hotel so I would not be stuck at the Motel 6. Thank you!

Yes the rooms are slightly dated, but they are spacious. The positives at the hotel are the friendly staff, the great warm/cold breakfast buffet, and the choice of soft and firm pillows. Beds are comfortable. Try to get an even number room to face inward. Overall good place to stay with being slightly dated, but the atrium of the hotel...

All of the staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful, especially Carly at the desk and Kelsey at the pool. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know!

This place is lazy in maintaining its parking lot. If there is a lot of snow one would assume that for guests safety they would clear the snow. Stayed here for a conference and the staff there was more than accommodating. Jamie and Stevie are you GO-TO front desk people!! They helped me with all sorts of random requests, the rooms are great, they have a great business center. It's great!

We stayed at this hotel and attended my daughter's wedding reception in their ballroom. This is my third stay at this hotel. There have been some renovations since my last stay. We booked this place on hotwire.com and were really happy with the rate we paid. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Thankfully, we had a room in a part of the building not facing the waterpark area. We were close to the laundry and desperately needed to wash clothes so we were happy about that. I'd stay here again...
