Let me start with an apology to you. It was unfortunate that your arrival was in the middle of a situation that didn't need to include you as a bystander. That situation could have been averted with honesty from that particular guest during their check in process. What you witnessed was not the whole of the situation.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I stayed at the hotel with several colleagues in separate room onm separate floors and we all thought it was fine. I am a business traveler and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 5 day business trip. I found this to be a great place to stay. I had a two room suite which was perfect for such a long duration. I had a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom which gave me plenty of room. Felt kind of like a home away from home....

Per booking methods for Priceline it is the responsibility of the guest to select accommodation needs based on the true number of travelers. Larry did fail to mention that just moments before reporting his complaint that he had asked to be moved because he didn't like the room that he booked and checked into earlier that day.
