Had the chance for weekend getaway at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Dallas, and was completely happy with the stay. It was close to the places we were wanting to visit, and the room was perfect, up to Hyatt quality. Would certainly stay there again.

The Hyatt at Reunion is a very nice hotel, staff was great, nice facilities - I stayed there for a week. But there are two significant factors you should think about.
