It is a Hyatt and everything about it is nice. My only grouse is that this hotel does not have restaurants that are any good. The food is overpriced and not worth it in terms of quality. The hotel is located very close to Dealey Plaza and the JFK Memorial. So in that sense, the location is very good. But...

I say "suprisingly" because when we checked in, we mentioned it was our anniversary stay. I asked for a couple glasses & some strawberries, and I also mentioned we brought our own champagne so we wouldn't need any from the hotel. When we came back from dinner we were pleasantly surprised to find there was a bottle of champagne w/...

I have just returned from a five day business stay at this Hyatt and my stay was perfect and I don't give a "perfect" rating very often. From the time that I arrived by car, I was treated like I was the only guest there. Now, I absolutely hate to pay for parking but when I arrived, the valets were...

Nice hotel, excellent location within easy walking distance of historic Dealy Plaza and West End Historic District. Friendly, attentive staff, excellent food service. Unfortunately, there is one very significant problem: crowd noise from the second floor bar is very loud and easily permeated the walls of my atrium-facing room. The bar doesn't close until 2:00, and the guests apparently aren't...

I stayed for 5 nights attending a conference at the hotel. This is a very large hotel that is relatively easy to navigate. The front desk and bell staff were very friendly, but the stay started to go down hill from there. My first room was located near the elevator and after one night of listening to the elevator grind...

Had the chance for weekend getaway at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Dallas, and was completely happy with the stay. It was close to the places we were wanting to visit, and the room was perfect, up to Hyatt quality. Would certainly stay there again.

Having read a view negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised & loved our stay here. Assigned to this hotel while in town attending the NCAA women's basketball tournament, and so read reviews before arriving. We ended up on the 11th floor and yes, faced railroad tracks, but slept soundly at night & expect some noise while staying in any downtown...

The Hyatt at Reunion is a very nice hotel, staff was great, nice facilities - I stayed there for a week. But there are two significant factors you should think about. First, it is off by itself at the very west end of downtown, and most restaurants you would like to visit are a good sweaty 8-10 block walk away....

I chose this hotel because of its location, close to the West End, aquarium. and reunion tower. Be aware you can not go up into the tower without dinner reservations and you can't take the kids into the bar area just to look around. This hotel might be fine for business travelers, but not for families. There was a dance...

When are you big hotels going to realize 12.95/day for WiFi is a joke. The internet is considered a basic utility in 2011 and it's almost like charging for running water. You don't even offer it for free in your lobby at your over priced coffee bar. Get with the program and stop nickel and dimming your customers to death!...
