This place was awesome.Staff was very friendly. Hotel sits just far enough enough off the main road to keep noise to a minimum,yet close enough to everything.Rooms were nice and CLEAN! Breakfast was nice also.Will be returning.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was always friendly and attentive to us. We will definitely stay here again, we like to come down 2 to 4 times a year because we love the mountains. The hotel was built by Sorey Construction out of Gatlinburg. They get it right the first time and they do not cut corners. In turn we do offer our guests many savings with not only discounted movie theater tickets but 2 days for the price of 1 Dollywood tickets or the Splash and Play ticket which gives the guest 3...

The General Manager was a gracious host who seemed to sincerely care about the comfort of the members of our group. Rooms were clean, house keeping staff members were courteous, welcoming and helpful. It was lovely to feel that the General Manager and the staff were glad to have us with them.

This hotel was one the best Hotels I have stayed in. I travel for my job and the customer service from this hotel was great. The General manager was very helpful with our group and was very accommindating to our students. The hotel was very clean and remained that way during our stay. I plan on visiting this hotel again!!
