Nice, clean hotel. Good continental breakfast. The lady in charge of that kept it well stocked, even for people showing up late. They even had fresh coffee in the lobby all day, and cookies at the front desk. Only complaint was housekeeping: didn't leave me any washcloths, and no bags for one trash can in my room. Hotel is conveniently located just off the I-70. Checkin was quick and I was upgraded to a room with sofa. We have stayed here a few times and the staff is always pleasant, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is great. The rooms and hotel are very clean, I can always count on this hotel to be a reliable place to stay when visiting friends and family in Springfield.

Room was very clean, comfortable. My only problem is a heater that stays on constantly. You're not able to set the fan to automatic. This was irritating for my sinuses. Internet did not work but it's free. I kept losing the wireless connection. This was a business trip so this was troublesome.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been very nice. This hotel and the Comfort Suites are the best hotels on the southside of Springfield (just off of I-70). I've stayed at all of them, but those are the only places I'd stay again. Avoid the Ramada!!

The rooms were very clean and had a nice appearance. We were having a very nice time until one night in the pool where my girlfriend and I were very innocently swimming and relaxing got a complaint against us. The hotel is not very gay friendly so I would not recommend it to any of our fellow travelers...
