Visited with our two college-age children and had a wonderful stay. Location is great- close to town and other nearby attractions. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful! With 4 adults, we stayed comfortably in "Bessie" room with a king bed and a double bed brought in for our stay. A trip to Nova Scotia isn't complete without...

My stay at the Seafaring Maiden B&B was a delight. I was travelling solo, and I felt very welcome. The house is just beautiful and has family history which I enjoyed learning about. the beds were large and comfortable, private bathrooms and great views were also a plus. The breakfast in the morning was made from local ingredients and the...

This part of Nova Scotia is historic and beautiful (the apple trees in bloom!) The house is lovely and old (its history fascinating). The furnishings complement the house; everything is about comfort. The colours are carefully chosen, the beds and linens deeply relaxing, the amenities thoughtful but also mindful of conserving resources. Bill and AnnMarie combine their talents to give...

It was a pleasure to overnight at the beautiful Seafaring Maiden B & B. The architectural detail and furnishings are phenomenal in this stately house overlooking the water. Bill and Ann Marie are fabulous hosts, very knowledgeable and serve a great breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay and will return.

The place is beautiful, full of intriguing antiquities that my host was more than happy to provide the historical background too. Large, spacious room, very clean and felt just like home. The hosts struck the perfect balance between respecting privacy (i.e. space) and conversation. I've stayed at places where you feel like you're in the hosts living room because they...
