Spacious, well appointed room, the viewing gallery looks across to the rapids. There is a coffee machine but no coffee. Staff were at best indifferent at worst rude. Breakfast area is chaotic and not well organised. When a customer asked if there was any coffee the waitress screamed that she only had one pair of hands!
