My wife and I stayed at the MGM for 9 nights and our stay here was great. Check in was quick and easy, the guy checking us in was polite and professional. We stayed in a Kingsize Bungalow Suite. The room was clean, quite big/roomy and the ensuite was also quite big with two basins. The only complaint here was...

Check-In: What a wonderful hour that was. We stood there in line while each person checking in took at least 20-25 minutes each. I felt bad for the front desk staff, because I know that guests can have their individual issues, but that wasn't the case here. Whenever a guest had a question the front desk person would seem to...

This was my second time staying at the MGM. We booked through the website and included airfare with our package. The package also consisted of a complimentary buffet dinner each day. That process could not have been smoother. In pricing the trip, the package deal was by far the better deal. Also, having the buffet thrown in there resulted in...

My wife and I got married here 4 years ago in one of the Terrace Suites - and we still come back. We always opt for at least a bungalow suite - to give us some entertaining room and some living space. The MGM has GREAT restaurants - Wolfgang Puck's - and Seablue should not be missed! The gambling is...

I thought this was a really really nice hotel. The room was very nice, as were the restaurants, shops etc in the hotel. It wasn't overly expensive to stay in, considering we stayed at the weekend (when Vegas hotels are most expensive). Also It's in quite a good location on the Vegas strip. Staff were also very good. The only...

Very dissapointed with my experience at the MGM Grand. Very poor first impression is the dark and dangerous parking garage and the walk to the hotel from the parking was very tacky. At check-in, they didn't have the room I booked (and paid for in advance), thus I was stuck in a classic "Bait and Switch", being given a lower...

We stayed at the MGM on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend for 1 night so checked out on Saturday. We asked for a quiet room away from the lifts and were put in a room in the West Wing right next to the lifts! The room was very modern but quite small by Vegas standards. Noise was an issue...

My wife and I traveled with 2 other friends of ours and stayed at the MGM from May 22-27. The friends we traveled with frequent the MGM and for this they received comp rooms. We did not. I was not pleased about the resort fees and had my friend phone ahead of time as I did not want to pay...

I had my jacket stolen at Studio 54 t(he MGM club) with my wallet, car keys and mobile phone, and the security staff was terrible in trying to find them, the front desk would not let me use the internet to contact my family about the incident, they wouldn't even let me sit next to a wall power plug and...

Stayed at the MGM for 2 days on a 8 day tour of LA and Vegas. Was disappointed with the rooms. The foyer is impressive but that's where the magic ended. We were supposed to get a $15 beverage credit with our stay as listed when I booked. We did not receive it on check in and when my husband...
