We enjoyed everything in the Plaza except for the music group playing in your lobby Saturday evening, May 21. After having attended a superb jazz trio at Jardines the night before, your group was a hugh letdown. They were simply awful and very amateurish. Even our waitress agreed totally. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.
