Nice size rooms. Staff is nice. Breakfast went downhill during our stay. No fresh fruit and the bread was stale. Had security issue while we were there but, no one answered our call at the office. Asked during check out and the clerk said the call never came through. Just a little confused on the customer service being provided.

I stayed here for one night on the way to San Francisco from Lake Tahoe. It's easy to get to right off of 80 and perfect for a night- a refrigerator, microwave, wireless- and the rooms are clean and spacious. There are outlets and the town is cute. Friendly staff, helpful housekeepers, but the breakfast is quite out of the norm. More than expected for a continental breakfast. Where's the apples and oranges? Everything else was up to Best Western standards. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. When we got to the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the few free items. Room was reasonable but needed a few extra touches. Can tell housekeeping is rushed, usually towels are folded neatly. Breakfast was missing some fresh fruit. Would stay again, is close to local businesses and theater.
