Had a lovely holiday, made the most of Kid's Club which our children enjoyed too, so we all had a good break. The food was excellent, really enjoyed their breakfast buffet - the kids thought it was Christmas!!
Apart from the noisy "Survivor series" crew & cast turning up, excluding rooms & restaurant we could use, it was a relaxing...

We started our trip by being picked up at the airport then transfered to our hotel. Check in was relatively easy but then we had a 45 min wait in the foyer for our room (not great in 30+ deg temperatures with kids). Once escourted to our room we were quite disappointed to see an outdated room (not what we...

Not long back from Aggie Greys Lagoon resort, beautiful place to stay. swimmers have huge choice of swimming areas but young children who do not swim have only a small are in which to play and this area flows into deep water without much warning so care needs to be taken or little ones will flow over into deep water....

We had our wedding at the resort Easter 2011, from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we give the resort 10/10 for arranging our perfect day to our exact requirements. We had torrential rain on the day and they were flexible with our requirements, even with us delaying things an hour...

We just got back from a wonderful 7 days stay at Aggie's. After 18months of hard work and no holidays all we wanted to do was relax, and at Aggie's we sure managed to do so! Rooms are big and the beds comfy.
All the staff are friendly and always helpful, Dominic the restaurant Manager is by far the BEST!...

We too had our travel plans that were booked months ago thrown into disarray by this resort. No communication at all apart from advising us that our booking was cancelled. No reason, no assistance and no compensation. We contacted Tourism Samoa, who were fantastic in trying to assist to find another option, to no avail for the time slot.

We received exceptional service from the general manager, wedding coordinator, restaurant manager, staff at the spa and the bars and at the water sports centre. We loved the ambience of the property, especially the public areas. The recently upgraded rooms were fabulous but some of the others featured air conditioning, fridges and TV's that did not work. However all were...

Thanks to other reviews I now know why our accommodation has been cancelled. I received an email to say our accommodation had been cancelled with no explanation. I have sent many emails and have phoned but still no one from the resort has bothered to reply. They may make big bucks from survivor but if most travellers are like me...

Our room was serviced but we always had to ring or ask for towels, bath mats, coffee etc everyday, as they never left any. Our room was very TIED and in need of a make over. The location was awsome, but beware Apia is an hours drive away. I found the resort to be beautiful but the service was average,...

We stayed here with the families of our son and daughter, each with two boys. We booked as soon as bookingsd in 2010 and paid shortly after, with a request for 3 adjacent ground floor rooms. On our first visit for 2 nights we had 3 rooms close together but only one ground floor. When we returned from Savaii...
