Beautiful property but the service sucks. Bora Bora is an absolutely stunning destination, but the staff at this hotel almost ruined it for us. After 5 days I was tired of having plates and silverware taken before I was finished, sick the rude attitude of concierge, and sick of the overpriced yet very average food. The resort and rooms are...

Stayed at the IC Thalasso for 6 nights in May 2011. After arrival we were brought to the beach behind the reception, OMG this was great, little private beach, white sand, the overwater bungalows, the blue, turquoise water and of course Mount Otemanu in the background. We were stunned, so beautiful. After check in we we driven in a golfcar...

I have been wanting to go to Bora Bora for years now. I always said if I ever get married this is where I will go my honeymoon. Well, I finally made it and it was worth the wait! You just cant believe the colour of the water. Its so blue, its like the colour of that really blue colgate...

Rooms and views are spectacular. Room decor is new/modern, espescially compared to other resorts on the island. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The experience is incredible...but...
Service is bad and needs to be fixed. It's just not below average - we went so far as to dub "Happy Hour" "Angry Hour" given all the people upset about the pace...

My husband and I traveled to Bora Bora for the first time earlier this May. We decided to split our stay between the two Intercontinental resorts on Bora Bora. For the first four nights we stayed at Le Moana and then we moved to the Thalasso for the final three nights of our trip.
Once we checked-out of Le Moana...

I recently got back from Bora Bora for my honeymoon. This place is truly paradise. From the minute my husband and I got to Intercontinental Thalasso, we were greeted by a great staff and given a tour of the hotel and shortly after were checked into our AMAZING room. The room was beautiful and clean. Our bungalow was on the...

We went here for our honeymoon and stayed in an overwater bungalow. The bed was super comfortable. The tub overlooked the ocean and the deck with the ladder down to water was so amazing. But the best part was the spa! I have never experience such luxury. They had these showers that depending on which button you pressed, the little...

WOW….From the time of arrival to our checkout we felt as if we were dreaming. This place leaves nothing but postcard images in your mind. Sounds cliché but it is so true (see pictures below). The grounds at this hotel were flawless and the overwater bungalows were impeccable. We stayed in an overwater bungalow in Moorea (which were nice), but...

When my wife and I first arrived at the airport we were met at baggage claim by the hotel with flower necklaces, smiles and water. The hotel representative got our bags loaded them on the boat and took us directly to the resort and the fee was ~$100 USD per person round trip and you have to let the hotel...

For the price our expectations were high and all were met. We were looking for a beautiful location for some much needed downtime and found it. The only thing the resort lacks is a good reef but there plenty of others you can easily get to. I'd return in a heart beat.
