travelled for business, 4 individuals, two rooms. very happy with the bedding configuration in the family suite with 1ks & 2s beds. separate double room very suitable too. the pricing is excellent value for what we were after. easy walking distance to expo we were attending - 15 mins walk to crown/convention centre. thanks for accommodating us and we will...

Stayed here for 3 nights with my 14 and 17 year old nieces (down for Bieber); we were very happy with this hotel. We stayed in the family rooms, one twin room and one double with a shared bathroom. The rooms were quite small but very clean (including a modern bathroom) and the beds comfy. The tram stop was only...

We stayed three nights and found this budget hotel to be good value especially considering the generally expensive accommodation rates in Melbourne. The first two nights were in a superior twin room (ensuite) and was upgraded to a triple superior room for the third night - in between, we went on a 2D1N tour and the hotel was kind enough...

This hotel is clean and functional but in my option not a three and a half star hotel. It is in a convenient location with good café’s near by for breakfast/lunch.
This hotel does not have a lift or a bell boy so will have to lift your bag up the one or two flights of stairs yourself.
The rooms...

We stayed here because after 3 weeks around New Zealand without air conditioning I insisted that we found somewhere that had it for our stay in Melbourne. Ideally I would have preferred to have been slightly closer to the city but it was still only less than a half hour to the Circle Tram and the number 57 tram goes...

We had the chance to spend three nights in Melbourne recently, and we searched for a reasonably priced hotel, not too far from downtown. We had already been to Sydney, where the rates in or near downtown were very high by our standards, easily close to $200/night. After reading the reviews of the Miami, it sounded like it was worth...

I'm not joking. Stayed at Crown Towers for the beginning of my trip but had mangled my flights so they didn't coincide correctly with my brothers who was paying for the afformentioned hotel. Thus I had to go a little down market and I'm glad I did. Although its not smack bang in the middle of the CBD but the...

Had the opportunity to stay in the Economy Twin and Superior King rooms as we could not get the Superior King for the entire stay. The Economy Twin room is small and basic. Facilities are backpacker-styled; shared bathroom and toilet and a small common kitchen. Superior King is very comfortable with walk-in robe and king bed. All facilities are very...

This place is a real gem if you're looking for budget accommodation in Melbourne. We had been looking for private rooms in hostels and this hotel came out cheaper than any we could find. The rooms were clean, as were the showers, toilets and kitchen facilities (which were all very modern). What really made our stay, however, was the staff....

I'm so glad we found this hotel and booked it. For the price it's fantastic, walking distance to the city centre (or free tram station) and great value. The hotel is in a quiet with some lovely local cafea (there was renovation work happening, but it didn't disturb us) and the rooms were really clean. The room included a fridge,...
