the position was great for the concert at the crown casino. the room was upgraded but i would have hated to see the standard room. parking was extras but thats ok as ait was close. staff friendly. Rubbish on the outside roof totally visible to all rooms not pleasant but theble window was a blessing for fresh air.

I still dont know star rating for this hotel, renovation of walk ways could have been better, no chair in the room but I guess roo was too small to have chair in it, room was renovated very well. No phone list or TV channel list in bed room, I did not know how to phone reception to find out...

Old but clean and comfy hotel. I am not disabled, but didnt see any access to the hotel for disabled...there may well be access, but I couldnt see any...you have to enter the hotel via steps/stairs which is a bit painful with heavy suitcases. Great staff.

The location was great and central to most services, could walk most places and the tram was just around the corner. No car park , have to park 2 blocks away and pay AUD 22 per exit. Bad milk on the table for breakfast. Spider in the room. Room have no window. Will not reccomend to freind. It should be 1-2 stars hotel, not 3-4 stars as ads.
