only stayed for one night everything was lovely except the smoke smell in our room. Can't remember seeing non smoking options when booked. Got a room on the smoking floor which was a good room but early in the morning when we were there the bathroom stunk of fresh cigarette smoke and non of us smoke so must come through...

Very good, simple room (ours slept four adults very comfortably) with a modern bathroom. The staff consistently went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating, making this really stand out from some other budget hotels. The location was walkable from parts of central Melbourne.

I stayed here for three days with a firend last May . The price was similar to a privete room in youth hostel but with the comfort and convenience of a hotel. The service was excellant the location could not have been better and the restaurant in the hotel was good and reasonably priced. I would definately stay here again....
