The reason we chose this hotel was because of the Volcanic ash incident and we were awaiting the ferry back to Cork.First off i went into the hotel and got their rates. Then i went on the net and got them cheaper. The hotel was full on our 2nd day and that might explain the room we were allocated:1st floor facing onto...

We stayed here for 2 nights in late September at the end of a weeks holiday in Brittany. I would thoroughly recommend paying a bit extra for a sea view room - the view was amazing and we had a little private balcony with table and chairs. Nearly the whole sea facing wall was glass with blinds operated from the...

After arriving on the early morning ferry we went to the hotel only to book in our cases. We were so pleased to be told we could have access to our room.It was just 8.00am.This was so helpful and was a great start to a lovely weekend in Roscoff. The hotel is very well situated and provides easy access to all...

When we arrived early morning on the ferry Plymouth to Roscoff in the middle of April, we decided to book a night in a local hotel in Roscoff for our return ferry 2 weeks hence as it was an early morning sailing. We knew there was a Best Western and found it in the centre of the old town and...

Nothing less can be said about this location. Great service, although low season. Inititally I didn't expect to find this level of service in a Best Western, so positively surprised. Great location, actually the sea hits the hotel wall, but still very quite rooms. Very good kitchen, all fresh food and well prepared. Friendly waiters and helpful in the choice...

We stayed in Roscoff for one night when we found that we could not rent a car anywhere nearby on a Sunday (the only day the ferry from Cork, Ireland arrives). I feared Roscoff would be a dingy ferry port -- nothing could be further from the truth. The Talabardon, I must admit, was not my first choice -- but...

We booked this hotel as part of trip to the Vendee. After getting the ferry from Plymouth we arrived around 1030pm. Hotel fairly easy to find - staff have limited english so finding where the car park was made it bit harder. You literally just go round the block and they have a secure car park before you reach the...

This hotel proved to be an excellent stay en route for southern Brittany. The staff were pleasant and courteous and helpful in ordering us a taxi for the early morning ferry on our way back to England. I suffered a hypo attack in the restaurant and the staff dealt with it in a very calm and unflustered way. The rooms...
