The reception staff were very friendy and helpful. Room was a good size and was clean pleasantly decorated and had two nice comfy arm chairs to sit and read. Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, before departing to Genoa. We were let in way before scheduled time as we had arrived in Italy at 06h30. Room was clean and tidy. I was looking forward to staying here, but the staff really aren't pleasant which ruined it for us. We asked for an Iron at 6.30pm on Saturday night after we arrived and they said that that their ironing service was closed and they wouldn't lend us an iron due to saftey reasons!!!
