I stayed 2 days from 6 to 8 Nov 2010. The room was large but it had a strange bright pink color scheme and very dated fittings, a real blast from the past!
Location wise, it was a 10 minute walk from the subway and seems to be in a reasonably safe residential area. Reception/Conceirge and service was helpful and...

I stayed 2 nights here, and was very pleased with this hotel. The check-in was very efficient and easy, and the room I had was very large, in fact it actually was a bed-room, plus a large lounge with a sofa, plus a bathroom, plus an entry hall. So almost a full apartment.
The hotel is very close to the...

Hotel is very close to the Pasteur Metro, only about 3-5 minutes walking. Close to the city centre, being only about 5 stops from the Duomo.
Clean, large rooms with another room that includes a desk, fridge and a sofa, a luxury for budget hotels in Milan.
Breakfast is accaptable altough nothing special. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

The Pasteur reminded me of some old New York hotel – looks very depressing.
It’s hard to find a place in Milan.
The hotel is just old and out-dated. The carpet is over 50 years old. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The decor is just depressing. The TV didn’t work. The mini bar was empty. The area is not...

Our stay didn't start well when our flight was cancelled on the Monday afternoon, meaning that we would not make it to Italy for the 1st night of our 2-night stay.
We had booked the VIME Pasteur for 2 nights for GBP 400, and we phoned and asked if we could cancel one night.
Unsurprisingly, they said no, we had...

I spent HOURS choosing a suitable hotel for a weekend in Rome with my two sisters, but after spending 40 minutes sitting on the tarmac our flight was cancelled due to a transport strike in the Eternal City. Determined not to let this setback spoil our weekend, we rebooked on a flight to Milan two hours later, and booked on-line...

Reasonable hotel, helpful staff (they didn't have our Lastminute booking, but no problem or argument, and given very nice, spacious and clean room). Area isn't the swankiest, but felt safe and enjoyed being in a real neighbourhood - the guys hanging outside the billiard hall were perfectly friendly! Very handy for metro to railway station which was main reason for...

We did a lot of searching for a reasonable hotel in Milan close to a metro station so we could get easy access to the train station. We were in Milan for the Monza GP. This hotel fitted our budget. Good points- Friendly staff, location to metro (however the neighbourhood is not the nicest), Comfortable beds, free wi-fi internet. Bad...
