Location was superb, though not quite the W Hotel on the barcelonetta. The service during our whole stay was excellent and when we accidentally walked in on our room being cleaned, we were shocked at how thoroughly the rooms were cleaned. Never again! Appaling service, no room reserved, despite having written confirmation and had checked our accomadation the previous week when we had been shown our room. Extremly rude reception, very unprofessional behaviour to say the very least. Rooms were average while very dark and noisy. Breakfeast dreadful. The hotels best feature was its location and its worst feature its staff.

Great location, few minutes from La Rambla street. Security is poor and the room is completely not functional. I totally agreed with user "liltravels" comments dated June 7 2010 about security and room functionality. Service was good.

Nice hotel, great location, few minutes from La Rambla street, but a little bit far from the port and the beach (about 45 minutes walking). The room was nice, modern style, but we had some problems with it. For example: the water from the shower leaked into the room, and the sinks were too small for even washing our hands....
