This is not up to the Hilton standard and is just a cheap place that made our time in the hotel very unenjoyable... The rooms are very filthy..They did not even change the sheets and there were hairs on the pillows.

We walked in and it felt like a cheap apartment...my kids ,wife and I were shocked to find the pool located in the lobby and we later found out it was even smaller than our room...the whole hotel is set up so that it is very difficult for guests to move around and the room is very cheap.we ordered 2...

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and have to say it was a really great experience! No faults whatsoever on the cleanliness,service and food. The Hampton Inn by Hilton at the Falls has a great location, It's close to the casino and to Clifton Falls where all the fun is at and a great thing is you can park your car for free and walk to all the fun places. I would recommand this hotel to all my friends.

The Hampton Inn at the Falls is the best hotel in town to stay in. The service is excellent. The staff really seems to go the extra mile to make sure you have all that you need. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. Every year we come to Niagara Falls for our kid's to perform in dance competitions...

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, very good value - within walking distance to the indoor waterpark. Package included hot/cold breakfast, free parking, and waterpark passes at a considerably lower rate than other hotels. The only downside is that you have to walk to the waterpark (not accessible by indoor walkways) but was worth it for the money we saved. And...
