Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Wonderful views, especially from the workout room and pool. Staff are extremely helpful and stays out of your way when not needed. Good location close to shopping and trains at Shinjuku. Shuttle bus station hard to find. Excellent experience overall.

A beautiful hotel with very attentive staff, immaculate rooms and a very spacious bathroom. Often, one feels intimidated in top-end hotels but not here. Very relaxed atmosphere and quite pleasant. Massive and very comfortable beds, seating and all mod cons. And if one felt something was missing, a simple telephone call meant very speedy service and always with a smile.

The views from this hotel are amazing-beautiful, fun, scary, interesting-depending on who you are, the season, and the times of day, these views of Tokyo are wonderful. The hotel is fantastic if up against some younger competition. For me the place this Hyatt is weakest is with it's food—it seems not to be living up to the standards it set....
