The hotel is centrally located and especially convenient for business travelers. While understated in style, the decor is comfortable and the staff incredibly professional. I must say, though, all I could smell was the stentch of cigarette smoke having permeated the porous surfaces. This left me uncomfortable and my allergies quite active! I used over 3 boxes of tissues and...

I travel to Tokyo often, and was there for the quakes. Hotel is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced for Tokyo, and the service is excellent. I will return in April. They have a real Michelen 2 star french restaurant, not just the name of someone who has it somewhere else, Michel Troisgros Some rooms are smaller, so read what you reserve,...

They have a direct link underpass to the hotel , the last 100 metre stretch isair though. about 10 mins walk to the main station, and there are also 2 other metro stations within nearer distance. Tochomae on the Oedo Line and Nishi-shinjuku on...

This hotel is not true reflection of Hyatt Brand, all other Hyatt hotels in Japan and the region is fabulous, however, please DO NOT EVER STEP INTO HYATT REGENCY TOKYO! Dirty is under statement, F&B is extremely poor, the regency club is the worst club facilities and services I have ever encountered, to add, I have visited the most of...

I was incredibly lucky to get a special deal for this hotel. We had a King deluxe with view annd deluxe double for our older teenage children. The whole thing is a wow from the minute you walk in in the foyer- the most amazing chandiers hang from the ceilings creating a shower of twinling lights and reflection. We dealt...

The front desk and concierge staff were the most professional and competent I have encountered, and they made my trip with fantastic recommendations and flawless service. The rooms are beautiful, the views high above Tokyo stunning. I'll be back if possible.
