The location & service cannot be matched for the price. The surrounding area contains loads of restaurants and shops and we loved the short walk to the Shinjuku Station. There is a undercover walkway from the station that is wonderful in case of rain.
We stayed in a Premier Plaza room and was very happy with the whole package. The...

I don't think you can really go wrong with this hotel. My wife and I stayed here for two nights after two weeks of skiing in Japan. We paid 3000 yen extra to upgrade to a plaza superior room. We highly recommend it. The king size bed was excellent. The location of the hotel to the main train station is...

My family and I stay at Keio Plaza every time we visit Tokyo. You can normally find really good deals if you book well in advance, the location is fantastic (a few minutes walk to Shinjuku Station - also underground when it rains), and the rooms are generally bright, clean and spacious (if you get one of the refurbished superior...

My partner and I stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel with my parents for 4 nights in February 2011. Given we only had a few days in Tokyo the most important things for us was location, and this hotel did not disappoint. Just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, surrounded by restaurants and shops, Keio Plaza couldn't have been in...

Keio hotel is dated, and this is clearly reflected in the fact that it does not even have wi-fi. The only good thing about the hotel is its Shinjuku location, which is convenient. Breakfast was decent, but not of great quality.
Now onto the room, the flat screen TV is placed way too far from the bed. The bed was...

We arrived late to the Keio Plaza and were welcomed by a friendly hotel concierge. Check in went smoothly. We stayed in a Plaza Comfort room which were large and well equipped with little extras like hair bands, packaged hair brushes and razors. We also received the daily paper. Rooms are clean with a daily service. Access to the Business...

This is a very nice hotel in a very good location. It’s within very easy walking distance of the Shinjuku station. The room was nice though nothing special. There are several restaurants within the hotel. The Glass Court has a nice breakfast buffet. I suggest getting there early as it is the choice of many hungry diners and the waiting...

This is one of the best hotel I've stayed so far.
The hotel is very popular with tourists and locals alike. With many choices of F&B outlets within the hotel, although prices tend to be on the upscale.
There is free transport provided to and fro Disneyland/Disneysea, just have to make reservations first.
The hotel is connected to the Shinjuku...

We have stayed here a number of times. Book a Plaza Premier room - these are the refurbished rooms - the others don't look that appealing. Location is great, service could be slightly better - it's not bad at all but just as a touch of Japanese officiousness I could do without.

I stayed at this hotel for my entire trip with my parents and a good friend. We shared a triple beds room. Good size room, given that we have 8 luaggages. We are lucky to stay at the South Building and get the best view of Mt. Fuji! The hotel staff are just wonderful especially the DAY time receptionists –...
