My sister and I took the Spring Brunch cooking class at the end of April, 2011, during our first visit to Savannah. There were only 5 students, including us, which meant that everyone got to do a lot of the cooking steps. Chef Darin is a great teacher and a lot of fun. In addition to making a delicious brunch,...

The cooking school at the Mansion on Forsyth was truly the highlight of my trip to Savannah!! The chef brought personality and charm to a superb class made even better by an excellent menu and group participation. I not only learned a lot of hands of skills but was introduced to entirely different type of food, which I can now...

Chef Darin's cooking class was hilarious and informative. I learned things I've never known before. While I was not particularly fond of the recipes themselves, the techniques that I learned will be extremely useful in the future. All in all, it was a good activity that those experienced and inexperienced in the art of cooking should try.

This is a Must Do when in Savannah! We laughed and stirred and sliced and diced and had a great time! Chef Darrin was so entertaining and made everything look so simple! Best three hours of the whole vacation!

This was the highlight of our time in Savannah. Chef Darin was delightful. He kept the class moving and I learned a lot. The meal after the class was worth the cost of the entire experience and we got copies of the recipes to take home.

Of all the things I did in Savannah, I enjoyed Chef Darin's southern cooking class the most. Chef shared so many practical cooking tips and the food was fabulous. He is very entertaining and made the whole group laugh. I highly recommend his class!

My husband & I LOVED our time at the 700 Kitchen Cooking School. Chef Darrin was a great instructor...in fact we just made our "cooking school" meal for our friends last weekend! It turned out just like it did back in the cooking school kitchen. Thanks Chef Darrin!

Chef Darin is fun and oh sooo knowledgeable. We loved the meal we made, but what we loved more were the cooking concepts that will apply to everything I cook from now on. I love my great new skills! While we loved many things about Savannah, this was our favorite! Don't miss it!

My wife and I attended and Chef Darin has the Bam of Emeril Lagasse and the technique and food chemistry of Alton Brown. It is truly a 'don't miss' if you are a true foodie.
