Signed up for Union Square tour and it was great fun. Although a grey and rainy day, Zim managed to make the most of it. Thanks to a very committed and engaging teacher, I learnt a lot about photography. Thanks for a cool experience in NYC - well recommended.

My dream trip to NYC was thoroughly enhanced by the three photography classes I signed up for with New York Photo Safari. Zim, owner and teacher, is an incredibly knowledgeable, friendly person who was able to answer questions from students with differing levels of expertise and photographic equipment.
Although I was the only student for a night time shooting class,...

The Leader showed up on time and explained our itinerary for the day. We were given tasks to complete at each area we visited. Our leader was always checking with us giving helps and hints on how to improve our photographs. She was available to answer any questions we had. She even helped diagnose a problem I had with my...

My wife signed my son and I up for the New York City Photo Safari. Being a big fan of photography we were all very happy to attend. The price was right and it would give me some quality time with my son. Sunday morning came and we set off to B&H photo to get my son his very first...

Zim was such a great instructor. My sister and I had fun spending a rainy morning inside the Met learning tips to improve our photos. I am a beginner but Zim made me feel comfortable with asking questions.

We had such a great time with Zim - she was knowledgeable, funny, helpful, supportive and gave us way more than our money's worth. It's a great experience and I would absolutely do it again.

So glad I signed up for this class during my short trip to NY. I learned basics like holding the camera correctly (rookie I am) to in depth look at composition and so much more. Zim gives constructive criticism while keeping it fun and laid back. Her positive energy is refreshing and she pushes your creativity to another level. Really...

Come with anmind. Zim is well-informed and approachable about all aspects of photography. Very well formed criticisms of your work while encouraging you to do more.

I highly recommend this class for anyone with an interest in photography. I took the Madison Square Garden class - it was great to learn in real life environment, similar to where you might be when travelling or out for a day with family or friends. The focus was on composition. Through a series of hands on exercises, we learned...
