We stayed at a hotel near here recently and wanted a place where our five-year old could run off some energy. This place has one of the best playgrounds I have ever seen. We have older children too, and the hotel staff and told us we could easily spend a day there. Maybe a weekend day, when all the attractions...

This is a true gem, our 5 year old son loved it! There is history here (our son didn't care), there is a lot ofarea with grills, picnic tables, some shade, playground, etc. This park is everything you'll read about on the website, next time I'm planning a picnic and not just hours of play as this park...

I have been bringing my kids here for several years. Every time we have visitors this tops our list of cool little things to do. It is fun to ride the even tiny-er trains run by volunteers on the weekend, you actually sit on, up and over the cars. The miniature railroad room is quite fasinating to view - alot...

Our son is 7 and he really enjoys the train ride, the carousel, and playground, the FDR car...this is a great value for the family! We will be so sad when Nicholas thinks he is too "old" for this park.

This park has a small miniature train that young and old can ride on all around the exterior of the park. The park also has a number of other train related tours etc. They also have a carousel. The train and Carousel do cost a small fee. Tickets for the rides are available at the information desk. There is a...

This is a great place. You can enjoy the train ride, the carousal and the historic FDR train car. We come to Scottsdale every year and this park touches our hearts. Our daughter is 7 and we'll be sad when she tells us we can skip this.
