This is a must see if you are travelling to Annapolis Royal even if you aren't a plant lover or gardener. the scenery is beautiul especially the Rose Garden and the ponds. it is a nice walk for the whole family. They also support the military as well with special rates. Very reasonably priced.

These gardens offer something different in every season, although I have to say that springtime and rose-blossoming-time are my favorite times to visit. I have been here several times now and still discover new wonderful blooms, scents and views. A beautiful place to spend an afternoon. The music in the gardens during summer just adds to the experience.

I first visited the gardens 5 years ago, when I lived in an apartment across the street. I was so impressed, I got a members pass ,so I could visit any time I liked!! I have now moved a little further away, but still visit as often as I can. It is a Great Garden, and the upkeep is truly...

Every summer, my husband and I visit this stupendous garden made on the hill overlooking the old Acadian marshlands. There is always something new to see, something beautiful in bloom, no matter what the season. I just love walking there and coming across somebody who is just struck dumb by the beauty of the place....it is a hidden gem because...

the Gardens are a joy all year round with the added attraction of a great little farmers' market in the winter. I find something new every time we visit - inspiration for my own garden and admiration for the structure and adventure of the various beds and paths

I have had the pleasure of visiting the Gardens at several times of the year - spring through the fall - and there is always something to marvel at. I don't think I cojuld even pick a favorite time although when the roses are all in bloom is a tempting pick. It's also very convenient that the Gardens are located...

I totally love the valley, especially Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens, I wish that I lived there so that I could see it year round. I live in Halifax and have lived here since 1980 but I love the Annapolis Valley, especially Annapolis Royal. I have told all my friends here about the Gardens and when our friends and relatives come...

Spent a wonderful hour or two in the historic gardens in Annapolis Royal this September. It's a beautiful, relaxing spot for a leisurely walk -- through the gardens and, if you want to walk a bit farther, along the Acadian dykes. You don't have to be a gardener to enjoy it. If you're anywhere near Annapolis Royal, GO!

These gardens include historical research, scenic attraction, and plant information in a great mix: never too much of any one. I spent a couple of pleasant hours walking the well-organised route through the several acres of gardens, with strategic stops to enjoy long views over the marsh. The different garden elements are nicely laid out, surely there's a designer's hand...

Even in the midst of Fall, this garden is a must see for any garden lover. I am already planning a return trip with my girlfriends for next Summer. Well worth the cost of admission.
