Shinjuku is one of the most famous town in Japan. On the west side lies crowds of skyscrapers where Metropolitan government office and offices of major leading companies of Japan are at. On the east side lies the infamous Kabuki Chou, one of the biggest bustling town in Asia, famous for its enormous market of Yakuza bussiness.

Shinzuku is a must see in Tokyo. It is the birthplace of the infamous writer Mishima who at his demise before 46th birthday published more than 45 novels and plays. For the introvert in you, there is a lot you can learn just taking the subway on your own, trying the everyday local cuisine alone, and window shopping here. Unfortunately...

During my visit to Tokyo, I visited Shinjuku 3 or 4 times, it's great! From first exiting the station you get a sense of the immense hustle & bustle that seems to be a constant here. The best view of the famous pedestrian crossing go for a Starbucks & try your best to get a seat by the window on...

ok, so shinjuku is a must which any guidebook will tell you. shinjuku station is the hub, and the neighborhood here is like the heart of tokyo. think times square but more tightly compact and more neat and orderly. for you american shoppers, a ton of stores a couple blocks from the station on hot european brands you won't find...
